Lights Out And Dance - L.O.A.D.

This weekly free-movement dance fitness session allows you to dance your heart out in the dark, for the pure joy of dancing. Water and comfortable clothing are essential.

Active & Healthy drum and dance for the disabled

Get your body moving and grooving to the beat of the drum. These workshops combine body percussion, brain gym, dance and drumming games to enhance coordination, listening and gross motor skills.

Hulanesian fitness

This new approach to women's fitness offers low-impact, cardio workouts inspired by the cultural dance of the Cook Islands, the hula. A fun and energising workout for all ages.

Hawaiian hula dance

Learn how to dance traditional Hawaiian Hula with easy and graceful movements in this fun class suitable for all ages.

Adults Jazz Dance

Move Your Body Dance Company

Move Your Body offers an ideal fusion of Latin, jive and Dirty Dancing-style classes, which are easy to learn and a great way to get fit. Beginners are welcome.
