Active & Healthy group fit

Group fitness classes are a fun and interactive way to get fit and healthy – a great workout for all ages and fitness levels, and to help you stay motivated. Classes include a combination of activities including strength, cardio, boxing and functional fitness movements.

Active & Healthy nervous newbies

Do you want to start slow, work within your limits, be gently guided and encouraged and rest when you need to? No matter where your fitness is at, this class can help you step off the sidelines and lean into life focussing on your individual needs and goals.

Tallebudgera Leisure Centre fitness classes

It’s time to get active and discover the wide range of classes and facilities on offer at the Tallebudgera Leisure Centre. There is a class for everyone so come and check out the centre, try out a new class and enjoy a coffee in the café afterwards.

Live Life Get Active

Live Life Get Active is a private social initiative that looks to build a fitter, healthier and happier Australia and we want people to have fun along the way. Activities include cross training, boxing and yoga along with nutritional education. Everyone is welcome (ages 18+ years). Program may be subject to change so please visit website before attending.

The Zuu community boot camp

ZUU training is Gold Coast born and bred and offers a low impact workout that focuses on people regaining their mobility for better quality of life. The bodyweight movements support body mobilisation and injury prevention but the biggest thing that separates ZUU from other training styles is the culture and community. We focus on people first and fitness second.

F45 free community boot camp

This 45 minute workout is the perfect way to kick start your Sunday and is a great way to get fit and challenge yourself. All levels are catered in these encouraging sessions, so bring your mates and connect with others in your community.

Active & Healthy outdoor gym workout

Learn how to correctly use outdoor fitness equipment and schedule workouts in these introductory strength sessions conducted by a qualified fitness professional. Each week you will be taken through a full body workout utilising the outdoor gym equipment and will learn how to safely and effectively use the various devices. Program runs in 6 week blocks.

Community group fitness

Group exercise classes are a complete workout and encourage all ability levels to get moving. Conducted by qualified fitness professionals, classes offer a range of fitness activities designed to improve your overall fitness, strength and wellbeing.

CORE inspired group fitness training

Group fitness sessions designed to encourage all ages and beginner to intermediate fitness levels to enjoy conditioning, outdoor, resistance and endurance training. Get moving, feel fit and have fun, all in the one workout.

Church of Movement

This 90-minute boot camp-style class is the ultimate workout for anyone aged over 13 and any fitness level. Run by AMPM’s expert trainers, Church of Movement combines HIIT circuit training, calisthenics progressions and general body weight training that’s ideal for anyone who isn’t into lifting weights or sick of pounding the pavement! If you’re looking to level up your training, kick start your fitness journey or simply get moving on a Sunday, we’ll see you at Church.

In Motion boot camp

A challenging and highly rewarding program designed for those at all fitness levels to push their limits in a small positive and motivating group setting. Sessions incorporate functional strength development, fitness conditioning and flexibility training which is combined with nutritional support.

Gkd fitness tabata sessions

Resistance equipment and body weight session working with a timer of 30 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds of rest. No pressure to complete set amounts as you work at your own pace.

The Shake Up™

The Shake UP™ training delivers challenging 25-minute workouts suitable for all fitness levels. From those who are new to exercise to the diehard, fitness fanatics. It’s about you performing at your best and that is all that matters.

Holistica movement

A functional movement class using your body weight, primal movements and other tools such as parallel bars, rings, bars, med balls, swiss balls and kettle bell. Our exercises incorporate everything from balance, sets/reps, body expression, mobilisation, movement, stretches and breathing techniques.

Salt surf and boardrider group fitness

An entirely new training and coaching method designed specifically for all types of surfers and boardriders to work on multiple parts of the body. Combining the best of functional movement, body weight, strength and conditioning training principles in one.

POUND rockout workout

POUND is a cardio jam session combining pilates-inspired strength movements with the fun of drumming. Improves mental wellbeing and physical fitness. Easily modified to be suitable for anybody and everybody.

Community boxing

This is a full body workout for all fitness levels and includes cardio, strength and core training. All equipment supplied and all ages are welcome.
