Active & Healthy Pilates

Prepare to strengthen and stretch your body during every exercise in these entry level Pilates mat classes. Improve your strength, flexibility, concentration and abdominal muscles.

Active & Healthy total body resistance class

Resistance bands are used for strengthening all the major muscle groups and are a great tool that can be used at home to improve strength and mobility. This class is designed to help you learn the right techniques while teaching you a series of basic resistance band exercises to get you started.

Community Pilates

These mat classes will help improve strength, flexibility and tone. Classes suit all ages and levels, including seniors.

All levels Pilates reformer class

Experience the benefits that reformer can offer to your overall functionality and strength. In this reformer class a qualified instructor will take you through various postures designed to build a strong core and gentle stretches to lengthen the body.

Core and pelvic floor class

Reactivate your core and gain functional strength in this class which is designed to help educate and bring awareness to the core and pelvic floor. You will learn how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor in a very controlled and technique based environment.
