Birth preparation workshops

Designed for pregnant women as a preparation for birth with specific practices that can be used during the birthing process. These include yoga breathing techniques, meditations and mindfulness practices, and hypno-birthing techniques, with question time to conclude the workshop.

Handouts will be provided from Theresa's book detailing the skills that can help.
