Citizens legal advice

The following nationally accredited Community Legal Centres provide quality free legal advice for the Gold Coast community.  

Robina Community Legal Centre

Robina Community Legal Centre is a non-profit, independent initiative of the Gold Coast District Law Association Inc.

The Centre provides free legal advice in the following practice areas: family and domestic violence; consumer and debt; employment; tenancy; minor crime and traffic offences; micro business; and immigration law.

No appointments are necessary. Intake for legal advice sessions is between 6.30pm to 7.30pm Thursday evenings at:

Gold Coast Community Legal Centre & Advice Bureau

The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre & Advice Bureau Inc. (formerly known as the Citizen’s Advice Bureau) is a non-profit, community service organisation established and run by community-minded volunteers.  

The Centre provides free legal advice, prototype and collaborative project work, community information and general referrals.   

Located in Southport, the main office is open weekdays between 8.30am and 4pm. Legal advice is also provided at outreach clinics across the Gold Coast.

Gold Coast Community Guide

The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre & Advice Bureau provides a free Gold Coast Community Guide listing more than 3000 non-profit service providers and organisations across the Gold Coast.  

The Community Guide is available from City of Gold Coast (City) customer service centres, your local library or you can download a free copy from the City's website.

Community-based service providers and organisations can register in the Guide for free. To list your organisation or update your details, please contact the Gold Coast Community Legal Centre & Advice Bureau.
