The CONDEV GC100, to be held on 19 May, is the Gold Coast bike ride event not to be missed. The event was first run in 2010 and each year raises money for local and international charities with over $100,000 raised to date.

Organised annually by the Rotary Club of Parkwood, the feature event is the 100-kilometre ride starting at 6am at the Luke Harrop Circuit in Runaway Bay, winding down the coastline to Burleigh, up through the hills of the Hinterland and back to Runaway Bay. There is also a flat 50-kilometre ride along the beautiful Gold Coast coastline to Robina and back to the Luke Harrop Circuit starting at 6.30am. Both rides will be finished by 12.30pm.

In 2019, we will be including events for children, with a two-kilometre ride around Luke Harrop Circuit for boys and girls up to six years of age and a six-kilometre ride for those up to 12 years of age.

There will be amusements and rides for the kids and a range of food stalls for families who want to come down and support riders, or just have a great family fun day. The circuit will be available for those who want to have fun on their bikes whilst waiting for the event riders to return. Plenty of prizes will add to the occasion.

If you are interested in riding in either the 100-kilometre or the 50-kilometre event, or want to register the for the two-kilometre and six-kilometre rides, please go to Registration will also be available on the day. Our GC100 facebook page has additional information about the day and all the activities.
