Emergency contacts

For assistance during a disaster, there are several emergency services contact numbers you may need. You can view these on our Emergency contact list.

We also encourage you to make a list of household emergency contact numbers. Print the list out and display it clearly in your home so that it is visible to all family members. It's wise to include a copy in your emergency kit checklist and with your emergency plan.

Consider including phone numbers for other important contacts, such as:

  • your local GP or doctor's surgery
  • hospital
  • veterinary practice
  • local family contact
  • interstate family contact
  • local primary school
  • local high school
  • mum's workplace
  • dad's workplace
  • local City of Gold Coast office
  • neighbours.
