The best way to make use of this kit

Issues raised by this kit are best addressed by your club or organisation as a whole. As an individual we encourage you to personally drive these issues within your club or organisation but you must engage the interest and attention of your members and management to make any enduring changes.

Who can use this kit

If you are not comfortable with working on-screen, the kit is formatted to work properly when printed out.

Depending on how your club is structured you may choose to:

  • Work through the sections individually on-screen
  • Print the information section by section to discuss with club officials and members
  • The kit includes an editable Microsoft Word document allowing you to produce a professional standard Development Plan for your club or organisation.
