How the Gold Coast Planning Scheme has changed

The inclusion of the Priority Infrastructure Plan into the Gold Coast Planning Scheme has prompted the amendment of Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.1. This Amendment was adopted by Council on 11 December 2006 and commenced on 8 January 2007.

Overview

The Priority Infrastructure Plan is included as Part 8 of the Planning Scheme.

Priority Infrastructure Plan Maps and Tables have been included.

All changes associated with the inclusion of the Priority Infrastructure Plan into the Gold Coast Planning Scheme have been consolidated into this Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.1 Amended January 2007.
