Computers and Wi-Fi access

Computer access

All our libraries offer reliable and free connection to the Internet, access to the Microsoft Office suite of applications, as well as a vast range of online resources.

Internet PCs (personal computers) can be booked up to one week in advance. A library membership card must be presented to book and use a library PC.

Visitors to the city may use a computer on a walk in basis if available. Identification will be required.

Wi-Fi in libraries

Free Wi-Fi is available in all libraries (except the Mobile Library). To access Wi-Fi, library customers can log in with their library card number and PIN. Visitors are also able to access the Wi-Fi. Please see staff at the information desk for the log in details.

Print services

All of our libraries (excluding Mudgeeraba and the Mobile library) have printing, photocopying and scanning facilities available (scanning and photocopying only are available at Mudgeeraba library). Printing and photocopying is available in both black & white and colour on either A4 or A3 sized paper.

Scanning is available free of charge. Please be aware that you will need to bring a USB storage device to scan your documents to. A fax service is not available.
