Library administration

City Libraries' management and support services are located in the City's main administrative precinct in Bundall.

The management and support team is primarily responsible for:

  • strategic and business planning
  • marketing and promotion of library services, events and activities
  • development of service-wide customer programs and initiatives
  • coordination of library staff deployment and recruitment across the library network
  • financial management
  • facilities management 
  • management of library projects
  • library policy development
  • technology planning
  • corporate activity reporting
  • actively supporting organisational goals and participating in corporate projects
  • ensuring legislative requirements and best industry practices are observed in the range and levels of service provision.
