 Parents and littlies

Did you know that reading, playing and talking to your child every day from birth helps your child’s brain develop? City Libraries has a huge range of early literacy resources available and our librarians are only too happy to assist you to select the right books and story time sessions for your child's age.

Reading with your child at home can be a relaxing and enjoyable routine, so drop into your local library to join in the Baby rhyme time, Storytime and Toddler time and choose some books to enjoy at home.

All sessions run across our libraries are listed in our online events calendar.
