The Mayoral Donations Program supports and stimulates projects, activities, equipment or operational functions which have a whole-of-city focus.
The Divisional Donations Program supports and stimulates projects, activities, equipment or operational functions which have a divisional or local focus.
Donations of up to $5000 per project, activity, equipment or operational function are available to eligible organisations in each of these programs.
The following annual funds have been allocated to the Mayoral and Divisional Donations Program 2018-19.

Round 1 will open on Monday 6 August 2018 and close on Friday 7 September 2018.
The following divisions will conduct Round one - Mayor, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Round 2 will open from Monday 14 January 2018 to Friday 8 February 2018.
Divisions 3 will conduct Round two as they will have remaining funds available.
To complete the online application, determine which Council division your project will take place in by visiting the Councillors and Divisions web page, then select the appropriate division from the list of Council divisions open for funding.

The Community Grants Policy requires successful recipients of Mayoral and Divisional donations and Local
Area Works in excess of $2000 to submit a completed acquittal report.
