Project information

Works are underway to improve pedestrian safety on Finnegan Way adjacent to Coomera Rivers State School.

Construction details

  • new pedestrian ramps and wider footpath connections
  • reconfiguration of the school car park entrance
  • upgrades to street lighting
  • relocation of two palm trees from median strip.

Local residents may notice construction noise and dust. Temporary lane closures will be required along Finnegan Way at times. Traffic controls will be in place and access for local residents and will be maintained.

  • works will support active transport in Coomera.

Works will take place during the school holidays to minimise disruptions.
