Lodge a plumbing application

Online lodgement (eLodgement)

City of Gold Coast (City) plumbing and drainage applications can now be lodged and paid online. You will no longer have to post your application in or visit one of our customer service centres.

Submit online SmartForm

The new online form will replace both Form 1 and the Supplementary to Form 1.

We have developed a brief video highlighting the key features of the online form.

City of Gold Coast officers are available to provide assistance with any issues lodging online, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions or call Plumbing and Drainage on 07 5667 5977.
