City of Gold Coast's PD Online service is a self-help planning and development tool which enables users to access basic property information and find information about development applications by property or by application number.
PD Online is a part of the Regulation Reduction Incentive Fund program of work funded by the Federal Government through AusIndustry and endorsed by the South East Queensland Council of Mayors.
Development application tracking (DA tracking)
DA tracking enables customers to plan and coordinate their development processes by providing one online source of information for the current status of a development application and property-related information.
Customers can view, print and track the progress of development applications from lodgement through to determination, identifying the current status of an application and tasks undertaken as part of the assessment process and associated forms, plans and submissions.
In addition the service provides basic property information for every property within the City's jurisdiction.
Our current, superseded and historic planning schemes can be accessed online, together with related information. The Land Use Enquiry service provides the enquirer with the City Plan information relevant to a particular site and for residential land uses only. The Land Use Enquiry does not contemplate a search of the history of the site, and only considers the proposed use in terms of the current City Plan only.
The following information will be provided:
- Zoning for subject site
- definition of proposed use as per the City Plan definitions
- level of assessment for proposed use based on Part 5 of the Table of Assessment
