No fees are required for licensing or processing unless the applicant's business operations fall into one or more of the following categories:
- based at a residential property
- based outside the City of the Gold Coast

How to submit an application
Applications can be submitted in person at Council offices or by mail.

Application process
- The applicant is responsible for ensuring the application is complete - please refer to application requirements.
- The applicant submits the application - please refer to how to submit an application.
- Council will then process the application within legislative or agreed time frames. Council will contact the applicant should additional information be required to process the application.
- Council will forward the approved application to the applicant.
Note: Only a properly made application will be accepted by Council.

Mobile Refuse Container Cleaners require a minimum of one audit every three years (Re-inspections and Complaint Investigations are additional).
