Language assistance

If you need an interpreter please call the National Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 to speak to a Council Officer. To use this service you will need to tell them your preferred language. This is a free service for Council related business.

TTY

If you have a hearing or speech impairment please call the National Relay Service (NRS) on 133 677 to speak to a Council Officer. Please note you must have access to a TTY to use this service.

When using TIS or TTY please let them know that you would like to call Gold Coast City Council Customer Service. The service will then put you in touch with a Council Officer who will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
