Version 1.2
The Gold Coast Planning Scheme 2003 Version 1.2 is the current version of the Planning Scheme and commenced on 11 May 2009. It includes the Council adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 2 & 3, the new Oxenford Local Area Plan and Minor Amendments 1 to 5.
Version 1.2 is more affordable, accessible and useable than previous versions of the Planning Scheme. Gold Coast Planning Scheme 2003 Version 1.2 is available for viewing at the Council Libraries.
Hardcopies and CDs can be purchased at the Nerang, Bundall and Coolangatta Council offices or via the Planning Scheme 2003 Mail Order Form.
