With 1 in 4 people living on the Gold Coast born overseas, the city reflects a wide range of cultures, languages and religions. Council is undertaking the task of creating better access to Council services and resources to all residents and visitors to the city through the multilingual page.

Language Assistance
For assistance speaking to a Council officer please call the National Translating and Interpreting Services (TIS) 131 450.
To use this service you will need to tell them your preferred language and that you want to call Gold Coast City Council Customer Service on 1300 130 854. This is a free service for Council related business.
