64 Thomas Drive is a contemporary refurbishment of a dilapidated commercial building. By its distinct form, streamline awning, articulated screening and discreet signage this small development sets a new standard for commercial buildings on Chevron Island.

Robina Town Centre's Northern Malls extension connects one of Queensland's most vibrant retail destinations to its new lakeside address, the Promenade.

The Promenade's uses include restaurants, a cinema, a playground, activity tenancies, events, gatherings, and simple enjoyment of the lakeside as it changes through the day.

The precinct provides for a range of uses including, the library, meeting rooms, Councillors Offices, Customer service area and café, all with competing interests that have been successful separated and accommodated.

The design is simple, colourful and interesting with well-defined articulation throughout. Materials were chosen for their low maintenance and ability to help disguise the scale of the building. Development of the former residential area into medical uses is imminent and being the first in the area, 128 Queen Street has set a high standard in design, function and presence for the future.

The development is just 250 metres from the beachfront and adjacent the existing commercial area of Palm Beach. It comprises two 2-storey buildings which melds with the neighbourhood and utilises residential materials in a way that several elements catch the eye and present a sharp presence in the streetscape.

Abundant natural light and ventilation is provided by numerous windows. Energy sustainability is well addressed with design and material selection.

The intention of Modular toilets is to combine all the benefits of repetitive design, while maintaining the ability to individualise each building specifically to the local character of the site. These new public conveniences are located amongst the beautiful Norfolk pines located between Fourth Avenue and The Esplanade Burleigh Heads.

The 34 Nerang Street development provides a 'landmark building' that makes a bold architectural statement and at the same time is sympathetic to the location and history of the site. The form of the building is reflective of Nerang's pioneering history. The curved blade walls are a reference to sugar cane stalks and the piled timber elements have been designed to reflect a wharf style structure.

This major infrastructure project passes through some of Queensland's most significant flora and fauna habitats and includes 7 km of new road and a tunnel to connect Queensland and New South Wales with an efficient, state-of-the-art motorway.

A simple hierarchy of streets, pathways, rear lanes, pocket parks, open space and recreation facilities provides legibility. A central recreation facility including pools and recreation facilities allows for social interaction, reinforcing the importance of urban living. This design concept promotes a proposed mix of residential dwelling types ranging from detached villas, attached townhouses to low and medium-rise apartments.

Zone/Gaven Crescent apartments is a medium density residential project comprising 64 two and three bedroom, mixed dwelling types in a 2-3 storey, row housing configuration located on both sides of a tree lined residential street. The project forms a transition between the existing low density residential neighbourhood to the west and a busy commercial environment to the east.

The proposed mixed use development comprises four principal building elements located around the edges of the site. Two three storied office buildings are sited to the north and east facing TE Peters Drive and Little Tallebudgera Creek. The two villas are positioned on the waters edge between office Building A and the existing houses to the south. A linear two storied apartment building, which is stepped in, forms an edged plan to the development along the western boundary to Miami Key.

Reflections Tower 1 set a new benchmark for urban design in Coolangatta providing innovative apartments and high quality public spaces activated by commercial tenancies. Reflections Tower 2 provided the opportunity to expand and enhance this success by creating an integrated landmark development that would revitalise Coolangatta.

The Redleaf School of Early Learning, through the use of appropriate scale, active and visual connections with public spaces, a clear teaching philosophy and environmental approach to both design and learning, reflects a highly responsive urban development.

The urban improvements build upon the growing outdoor dining and specialist retail activity in the area. Alfresco dining is about celebrating our temperate climate by being out-of-doors in the open air. This project enhances the outdoor experience with increased greenery, street furniture, mature trees, new footpath treatments, and ambient lighting.

The Oxenford Town Centre is generally a ribbon configuration along the Old Pacific Highway, from the Coomera River in the North and terminating in a core node at the junction with Oxenford-Tamborine Road in the South.

The opportunity to provide multiple dwellings on this important corner lot on Bardon has provided an enhancement to the local community through the application of good urban and architectural design principles. Although the style building is deliberately modern, consideration of the major sustainability issues of Queensland architecture are demonstrated.

The "Gallery" concept is a collection of often unique, attached or semi-detached homes on a dwelling-size lot in a manner which both echoes the characteristics of the surrounding homes, while also reinforcing the urban fabric of the neighbourhood through increased variety, scale, surveillance and activity.

Bond University's Mirvac School of Sustainable Development building is the first in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Education Pilot Certified Rating for Design, awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia. The building embraces world's best practice sustainable design, and includes an interactive 'Living Laboratory' for engagement with the broader community regarding sustainable development.

The Kirra Surf project enjoys a spectacular site on the famed beachfront. The beach is north facing as is the building which allows views up the eastern coastline towards Surfers Paradise and to the west over Kirra Headland, Greenmount and Snapper Rocks.

'Anzac Place' War Memorial Cenotaph engages the community to regard the theme of 'Reflecting on our past, imagining our future'. Designed from the stories of veterans and youth the circular memorial conveys messages of history and peace. This urban space is utilised for reflective moments, celebrations and memorial services.

This project represents a collaboration of efforts to create a community hub to facilitate social integration, education and sustainable principles. It is envisaged the project will become part of the growing desire for local food production and a catalyst for the resurgence of Community Gardens on the Gold Coast.

The Highlands at Currumbin is an innovative, highly sustainable residential development located in the vibrant City of the Gold Coast. This $18M project, which showcases World's Best Practice Design in Ecologically Sustainable Development, follows 12 years of global research and collaborative effort with industry, community and Government.

In keeping with the existing Azzurra Island precinct, the design is very contemporary, with a tinge of historical reference to the built form of Bath Circuit in England. Unit layouts emphasise outdoor living and feature a large outdoor terrace, with associated living areas all facing the Park frontage and enhancing the surveillance of this major public open space.

Seachange Village Arundel is a master planned development of 395 homes designed specifically for the rapidly growing active over 50's segment of the Australian population. Seachange is designed as an integrated residential community, which reflect new urbanist principles that promote community interaction and pedestrian permeability.
