This reserve was purchased for the people of the Gold Coast using the Open Space Preservation Levy. It's an oasis of green space in an otherwise suburban setting, so it's a great place to get back to nature without having to travel a long way into the hinterland.

The reserve features a lovely short, flat walking track, which includes sections of boardwalk. It is an ideal spot for birdwatching, with wetlands and big hollow trees that provide breeding places for water birds.

Please note that dogs are prohibited in this reserve.
