A superb park located right on the beach at Kurrawa. Excellent barbeque and picnic facilities. A favourite for locals and tourists alike.

Exercise equipment is scattered along the park, perfect for that outdoor workout! A user guide including a workout log template, can be viewd on Zmags' website.

The park is home to the Gold Coast's first All Abilities Playground. The playground provides access for all children to experience fun, interactive and challenging play, while their families and carers watch over them in an enjoyable and relaxing environment. Find out more about the playground by visiting the All Abilities Playground page.

Please be advised that the All Abilities Playground will be open from Saturday, 10 June 2016.

The improvements are as follows:

  • Renovated existing worn grassed area and improved drainage - improved existing soil structure, installed new grass throughout playground to improve turf durability and eliminated water pooling after rain.
  • Upgraded existing irrigation system to improve turf health.
  • Provided more synthetic turf areas in heavy foot traffic zones - to overcome worn turf and bare patches, protect trees and also increase park user comfort.
  • Increased rubbish bin capacity.

Kurrawa Terrace

Kurrawa Terrace is the city’s first absolute beachfront-dedicated, fully serviced event space for unique outdoor functions. The Terrace will be available for hire by professional event managers. Visit the Kurrawa Terrace venue bookings page for more information.
