 The purpose of this document is to present the Water and Sewerage Customer Service Standards and Charter and is in accordance with the Water and Sewerage Services Code for Small Customers in South East Queensland (code).

The code is currently under review following which a revised version of the Water and Sewerage Customer Service Standards and Charter will be released.
