Visit one of our customer service centres from 8.15am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Cash payments are not accepted at our service centres.

Cash payments for rates and water notices can be made at any Commonwealth Bank branch (with no surcharge) and Australia Post locations (transaction fee applies) across Australia.


*From 22 August to October 2022, Southport Customer Service Centre will be temporarily closed for refurbishments.

An alternative customer service centre will be located on Level 1 at the Southport Library, corner Garden and Lawson Streets, open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
