To sign-up to the network, complete the simple registration (below) and you will be emailed an authentication certificate. Authentication certificates may take up to 24 hours to generate.

Your authentication certificate will be current for one week from the time of issue. If you wish to continue using the network, you will be required to complete a new registration.
