Right to Information & Information Provision Policy

The objectives of this policy are to:

  • provide for public access to information in Council's possession or under Council's control, subject to the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act)
  • ensure that the provision of information is managed in accordance with corporate standards.
