Arts grants & opportunities

Community Event Grants Program

This program is allocated by council divisions to support community organisations to deliver events that are open to the public and in the public interest.

Community Facility Grants Program

Supporting the delivery of capital projects on Council-controlled land where a community organisation holds a lease or licence.

Discretionary Grants Program

Financial assistance to community organisations that service the needs of a particular Council division. Councillors allocate grant funds at their discretion.

Seniors Month Grants Program

This program support community organisations to deliver projects that celebrate Seniors Month, within the dates set annually by the Queensland Government.

Catchment & Citizen Science Grants Program

Funding to encourage community participation in on-ground actions that improve the condition of water environments across the Gold Coast.

Emergency & Extraordinary Grants Program

Grants are provided where applicants can demonstrate that funds are required on an unforeseen emergency and extraordinary basis.

Nature Conservation Assistance Program

This program provides financial assistance to private landholders for on-ground restoration projects that protect and enhance the Gold Coast’s natural assets.
