Operating hours

Our contact centre operates 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Gold Coast Public Holidays). Specialised enquiries may operate different hours - refer to the prompts for details when calling.

Call-back service

When available through our contact centre, leave your Australian landline or mobile number and we'll call you back from 07 5629 5629 when your call reaches the front of the queue.

In person

Visit one of our City service counters at a Customer Service Centre and selected Library locations, Monday to Friday (excluding Gold Coast public holidays, see below for operating hours)

We can help face-to-face with a range of City services including rates and water, animals and licensing, parking, planning applications, and waste and recycling. Cashless payments are also accepted.
