Graduate Academy

Our Graduate Academy is a 12-month early career development program. It offers university graduates a blend of professional training and hands-on involvement.

Positions are available across a wide variety of streams: engineering, digital and data, business and management, environment, sustainability and planning.

Student Academy

Our Student Academy provides meaningful work experience placements that complement student learning. We work with you to meet your learning goals and course requirements. During the program you will experience day-to-day operations and can contribute to projects in your chosen field.

Eligibility

Students must meet the following criteria:
  • be studying at a school, registered training organisation (for example, TAFE) or a university
  • be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident or have the appropriate working rights
  • your area of study must be relevant to the placement
  • your education provider must provide insurance coverage for the duration of the placement.

If you’re studying with a Registered Training Organisation or university, you will need to provide your:

  • Resumé
  • Cover letter
  • Academic transcript

Placement availability depends on the business' capacity to provide students with an effective on-the-job experience. We try to accommodate as many students as possible but can't guarantee placement.

Vehicles

  • Senior executives receive vehicle allowance.
  • All employees have the option to buy a vehicle under our novated leasing scheme.
