We are always looking for the next gen of GC Shapers whether that's graduates, trainees, apprentices or people seeking work experience. Find out what's on offer.

Graduate Academy

We offer a 12-month early career development program providing university graduates professional training and hands-on involvement.

Apprentice Academy

We offer a variety of apprenticeships such as mechanical, fitting and turning, boiler making, painting, plumbing horticulture and arboriculture.

Trainee Academy

We offer a variety of traineeships such as workplace health and safety, business, construction and maintenance.

Student Academy

We offer meaningful work experience placements that complement student learning.
