Our Graduate Academy is a 12-month early career development program. It offers university graduates a blend of structured professional training and hands-on involvement.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Graduate Academy, you must have:

  • completed a degree-level qualification from a tertiary institution within the last 2 years
  • full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program
  • not previously participated in the City's Graduate Academy.
