Salary

  • Our Certified Agreement contains provisions for increases in pay. View the current Certified Agreement(PDF, 1MB)
  • Salaries and wages are paid fortnightly into a nominated bank account
  • City employees receive the following superannuation payment:
    (a) 11.5% super contributions as standard, or
    (b) 12% in the first year of employment when an employee voluntary super contributions is made

  • Senior executives receive vehicle allowance
  • All permanent employees have the option to buy a vehicle under our novated leasing scheme
