As host city for the GC2018 Commonwealth Games™, the Gold Coast invested in new world class sporting infrastructure. This added to the city's existing high-performance sporting facilities.
Off the back of the success of GC2018, the Gold Coast has continued to build on its sporting credentials. We hosted the world's largest sport business conference, SportAccord, in 2019.
