The Gold Coast is a great place to hold an event – big or small. From small community events to world class sporting events, international music festivals and arts spectaculars, we can help you deliver your event.

We offer a wide range of outdoor spaces for hire including our beaches and parks as well as indoor sporting venues and community spaces.

Event organisers must apply for a permit if it:

• is open to the public, free or ticketed, on either public or private land
• has more than 50 people
• uses infrastructure (marquees, stages, toilets)
• includes food and/or alcohol
• closes a road or footpath.
