Conditions of contract
The City uses the following conditions of contract, as specified in the tender (Invitation to Offer), for
contracts generally worth more than $5,000,000 per annum. Where the standard contract includes Annexure Part
B – Deletions, Amendments and Additions, it is intended to be read in conjunction with the respective
Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract. The Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract
