My Account
On 1 May, we launched a new log in system for My Account. The new My Account offers a faster, more convenient and secure way to manage your City services in one place.
Existing My Account users will need to register for a new My Account. You can still use your current username, but you will need to set a new password.
You will still see your personal information and City services when you have registered and logged in to your new My Account.

Use My Account to:
- view, manage and pay your rates and water bills
- update your details
- set up or change a direct debit or payment plan
- pay for services such as dog registration
- pay fines and infringement notices
- lodge and renew licences and permits
- check your bin day
- submit and track applications and service requests
- make property enquiries
- manage your newsletter subscriptions.
