In May 2025 we launched a new My Account as a faster, more convenient and secure way to manage your City services in one place.
Existing My Account users will need to register for a new My Account. You can still use your current username, but you will need to set a new password.
You will see your personal information and City services when you have registered and logged in to your new My Account.
You'll need to register the first time, even if you already have an account with us.
