Property solicitors, conveyancers and agents can request a settlement figures report.
Settlement figures report includes:
- current rate and water account balances
- water meter reading details
- details of relevant direct debits, payment plans and/ or rebates.
How to request a settlement figures report
- Lodge the search report application
- Allow a minimum of 2 business days – after submitting the search report request, before requesting the settlement figures report
- Request your settlement figures report – please allow up until 5pm on the following business day to receive your report
