Seller disclosure statement
From August 2025, it is mandatory for anyone selling a property in Queensland to provide a prospective purchaser with a seller disclosure statement.
To complete the statement, you can find the following information from us:
- Lot on plan: this information is located on your rate and water notices. You can also find the lot number by entering your property address into our City Plan map.
- Rates and water: check your latest rate and water notices. To access copies, log into My Account.
- Easements: you can find information on any easement you may have on your property type on our City infrastructure map. Enter your property address in the top left hand corner at the magnifying glass and select the Easement layer from the layers list in the top right corner.
- Flooding: to find information about flood risk for your property, use our City Plan map. Tick the box for flood assessment required on the city map to see if the property falls in a flood zone.
- Zoning: the zoning of your property is displayed on our City Plan map. After entering your property address, zoning will be displayed on left side of the screen.
