Property solicitors, conveyancers and agents can request a settlement figures report.

Settlement figures report includes:

  • current rate and water account balances
  • water meter reading details
  • details of relevant direct debits, payment plans and/ or rebates.

How to request a settlement figures report

  1. Lodge the search report application
  2. Allow a minimum of 2 business days – after submitting the search report request, before requesting the settlement figures report
  3. Request your settlement figures report – please allow up until 5pm on the following business day to receive your report

  1. Agree to the terms and conditions

  3. Select the relevant property to finalise your request

Request settlement figures

Access details

Property access details must be provided for certain types of searches to enable us to make suitable arrangements for inspections of the premise/property involved. Access details should include name and telephone number for the occupier or agent holding the key to the premises. They could also include the business/shop name and premises type.

Please note: Absence of information will result in delays and re-inspection fees.

Searches requiring access details include:

  • Town planning certificate – full certificate
  • Health search
  • Building compliance inspection and report
  • Trade waste compliance.
