Combined applications

Combined applications are two or more of the following application types submitted together:

  • Material change of use (MCU)
  • Reconfiguration of a Lot (ROL)
  • Operational works – excluding tree works applications (OPW)

For example, a combined application could include an MCU for apartments, an OPW for a change to ground level and an ROL for boundary realignment.

Fees and charges reductions are applicable for combined applications. Details are available in the preamble of the current Register of fees & charges.
