After your development application
Use this form to apply for an offset agreement, a payment deferral or a not-for-profit deferral request.
You will be asked to provide evidence of the reasons why you are unable to pay the unpaid infrastructure charges immediately. We may also require a security (usually in the form of a bank guarantee) for the full amount of the charges plus 5%.
