OPW Civil works as constructed data lodgement

As constructed survey data is required to be provided in accordance with City of Gold Coast's As Constructed Data Capture Guidelines (ADAC).

Please apply the date of your approval/execution of contract.

Lodging as constructed data

As constructed data must be lodged with the City in accordance with our As Constructed Data Capture Guidelines before we accept the assets 'On maintenance'. If an application for early plan sealing is being made, a Service Location Plan must be lodged and the final as constructed data value included in the Uncompleted works bond.

How to apply

Use the following forms to lodge as constructed data or apply for a Service Location Plan. No fees apply.

Step 1.Gather your documents

You must submit the following supporting information with as constructed data or a Service Location Plan application:

  • Original OPW stamped approved design drawings including subsequent approved changes.
  • Design drawings with mark-ups in red pen for any minor change(s) agreed to by the Civil / Gold Coast Waste & Water inspector on site and an email from the Engineering Compliance Officer agreeing to the change.
  • An ADAC-compliant XML or DWG file

Step 3.Visit one of our customer service centres

Submit your application and pay at one of our customer service centres Monday to Friday between 8.15am and 4.30pm.

Fees apply for lodgements containing errors and/or omissions. Please refer to the Register of fees & charges for details.
