OPW Landscape works as constructed data lodgement

As constructed survey is required to be provided in accordance with Council's As Constructed Data Capture Guidelines.

Please apply the date of your approval/execution of contract.

Lodging as constructed data

All data should be in accordance with the OPW approval and include any change agreements and stamped approved plans.

Fees apply for lodgements containing errors and/or omissions. Please refer to the Register of fees & charges for details.
