The City Plan commenced on 2 February 2016. Since then, we have made a series of amendments to respond to emerging opportunities and reflect community aspirations.
While the City Plan remains in effect, work has commenced on a new Planning Scheme and Local Growth Management Strategy for the Gold Coast.
