Residential plumbing & drainage applications

Residential applications apply to a new house on a single lot (sewered or unsewered) as well as a duplex, demountable building, bathroom pod, shed and garage.

Commercial plumbing & drainage applications

Applications for class 2–9 buildings, factories, industrial/warehouse buildings, multi-storey residential towers, unit complexes, community title schemes.

Amended plumbing & drainage applications

An amended application is required when multiple or significant changes are made to the original approved plans of any application type.

Concurrency plumbing & drainage applications

A concurrency application is needed if you are carrying out building work to add one or more bedrooms in a non-sewered area with an on-site sewerage facility.
