Residential plumbing & drainage applications

Residential applications apply to a new house on a single lot (sewered or unsewered) as well as a duplex, demountable building, bathroom pod, shed and garage.

Commercial plumbing & drainage applications

Applications for class 2–9 buildings, factories, industrial/warehouse buildings, multi-storey residential towers, unit complexes, community title schemes.

Amended plumbing & drainage applications

An amended application is required when multiple or significant changes are made to the original approved plans of any application type.

Concurrency plumbing & drainage applications

A concurrency application is needed if you are carrying out building work to add one or more bedrooms in a non-sewered area with an on-site sewerage facility.

Use our online booking form to book or cancel an inspection or phone 07 5582 8393 from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Cut off times for next day inspections are 10am for online and 12pm for phone bookings. Conditions apply.
