Nerang State High School road and path upgrade

We are upgrading the existing footpath on Olsen Avenue between Napper Road and Jessica Court.

The footpath will be widened from 1.2 meters to 1.5 meters to improve disability access and enhance safety for pedestrians and all road users.

Construction details

Upgrade existing footpath between 222 Olsen Avenue and 1 Jessica Court
Upgrade existing kerb ramps and residential driveways to meet safety and Disability Discrimination Act 1992 compliance requirements

Public impacts during construction

Works will take place from Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm
Temporary changes to on-street parking may be required
Short-term lane closures – traffic management will be in place when work sites are active
Footpaths will be closed within the construction area

Please follow traffic signage and observe reduced speed limits
