Planning is underway to upgrade Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area. The focus is on enhancing visitor experience while protecting the natural environment of this beautiful area.
The conservation area is approximately 1200 hectares of protected natural bushland in the northern Gold Coast. It provides locals and visitors with a unique opportunity to experience native plants and animals.
The project aims to deliver park upgrades including infrastructure to support longer stays in the conservation area via new amenities and facilities.
We have developed a concept plan with the help of the community that caters to all users, while conserving the area’s beautiful natural environment.
We are now planning and designing the various park improvements. For further details and to keep up to date on our engagement activities and outcomes, visit gchaveyoursay.com.au/clca
