Miami Arts Depot

Our former Miami Depot site will be repurposed into a dedicated creative industries precinct.

Delivered in partnership with the private sector, the Miami Arts Depot is a priority investment project.

It will:

Support the growth of the city’s screen, tech, gaming and visual effects sectors
Deliver new residential, retail, and commercial spaces
Create vibrant public spaces and community facilities that celebrate Miami’s unique village character

The transaction process will be managed by Invest Gold Coast who will soon be seeking market proposals to develop a detailed site vision and development mix to be brought before Council for endorsement. For details, visit the Invest Gold Coast opportunity page.
